(b) to be informed of the charge brought against him by W Atkinson as he considers the latter's action irregular.
I don't see that he is entitled either for (a) he should have applied at the time and
regarding (b) he was informed of the charge which he was required to answer.
I decline to interfere.
There can be no question that he is not entitled to extra pay. There is no provision for
